How can you help?
The following are current volunteer opportunities
Volunteer for the Repair Café
The Repair Café, which operates on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, is looking for volunteers to serve on the Prep Team and as Hosts, as well as people who are able to repair various types of items. Training and Orientation will be provided for all volunteers. For more information about these volunteer opportunities, click here. Assist with Public Relations and Marketing
Provide a hand with publicity tasks, such as communications, social media, designing flyers, etc. After reviewing the complete description, please contact Michelle Ortwein, our Volunteer Coordinator, at email@example.com if you are interested in helping with any of the Friends' PR tasks.
Join Our Loyal Corps of Book Sale Volunteers
These hard-working, loyal volunteers come to the library almost every week. They are the workers “behind the scenes” who make the daily and the semi-annual book sales successful. They sort books and fill the shelves of the lobby book shop. Without their contributions we couldn’t even be holding book sales! To join the book sale corps, contact Luan Wells at (262) 634-8480 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following volunteers have formed our "book sale corps" during the last year:
Sheri Hansen Judi Quinn
Bev Eifert Dottie Feeney
Jean LaSalle Rita Lamberton
Jane Schumann Gail Navratil
Mimi Hynek Vivan Stetler
Margaret Seitz Dorothy Ward
Jo Ann Franzke Susanne & Frank Santa Lucia
They are greatly appreciated!
